Q: Can we buy all our locks and have them keyed with the same key ?

A: Yes we sell our locks keyed alike, different or to your key at no extra charge. This includes residential, commercial, automotive and even padlocks.

Q: We lost the key to our car/home, can you help ?

A: Yes we have a well stocked truck for both foreign and domestic cars and most entry locksets.

Q: Do you come to our place or do we have to come to you ?

A: We have both a walk in shop and a service truck. Most find that it's not much more to have us come out and do the job.

Alarms:

Q: Who does your monitoring ?

A: Our monitoring is done by All American Monitoring. They are one of the nations leaders in alarm monitoring. They are a UL listed company.

Q: How much is the monitoring going to cost me ?

A: We charge by the year $16 per month times 12 months brings you to a total of $192 per year. This includes burglary, fire and panic at no extra charge. Most companies charge extra for these services.

Q: Do I have a contract ?

A: Yes but it's a by the year contract. If you don't need the service next time just let us know. Most alarm companies make you sign up for 3 years, we don't think that's fair to you.
